Erika Chapa

Founder & CEO

Erika has more than twenty-two years of experience in education. She has been a bilingual and dual language teacher, an instructional coach, an intervention specialist, and a district director over programs such as Section 504, RTI/MTSS and dyslexia. She is currently a national educational consultant and presenter, and has partnered with districts across the United States to assist in improving educational outcomes for all students. Erika specializes in the development of MTSS/RTI frameworks, literacy instruction, and multilingual student supports.
